1:1 Consulting & Supervision

As care workers, we are often tasked with responding to crises created by systems beyond our control. Sustaining ourselves while doing this important but difficult work requires specialized support. I provide one on one consultations and training to anyone seeking support in navigating the stressors associated with a career in care work. I have worked with non-profit, government, and corporate leaders, social service staff, advocates, community organizers, fundraisers, therapists, counselors, coaches and more. I am SIFI certified to provide clinical supervision to MSW and MHC interns.

My specializations include vicarious trauma, burnout, and working with marginalized populations, especially:

• survivors of violence

• transgender, gender-nonconforming, intersex, and gender-expansive people of color

• LGBTQIA+ folks

• Muslim and other faith communities

• BIPOC and immigrants
